"I'm worried about the animals..."

We were watching some show about animals and Joni sees some parrots and tells me likes them a lot. She then begs me to let her have some parrots "pretty please". She says we'll need to get a cage and that they can go in her room. She then changes her mind and says that the parrots would be noisy so they should be in MY room. I said "MY ROOM?", Joni just nods. Thanks honey. I love you too.

The show later shows some area where there were no animals. Joni asks me where all the animals were. I told her I didn't know. She says under her breath, "They're extinct..." and then says this more loudly, "I'm worried about the animals mama."

I love this little girl SOOOO much.
